DESCRIPTION:The InDefence Excellence Series is not like our usual workshops that give you a taste of various principles and concepts. \nThis series is animmersive technical education\, an opportunity to focus on a specific weapon or grappling related topic and build a strong foundationthat allows you to gain a high proficiency of skillthat can be applied across all levels within the Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu syllabus. \nThe Excellence Series is suitable for anyone that wants to accelerate their knowledge and proficiency and will cover content from the first levels (Practitioner) right through to the Expert levels. \nThere is something for everyone. \n\nNew students– learn a strong foundation to the worlds most effective self defence and fighting systems.\n\n\nCurrent students– take your understanding to a completely different level and gain exposure to Expert level content and gain 4 weeks of training in one day. In the case of BJJ it will be a whopping 16 hours in 2 days.\n\n\nRetired students– a great opportunity to regain the foundation you achieved prior to life preventing your ability to attend regular classes and continue your journey.\n\n\nFIFO\, self employed\, shift workers\, Military and Police members– it can be hard to commit to regular training and the fear of injury to a self employed person is daunting. DESCRIPTION:We all want the best for our children.  There is nothing better than seeing your child happy and healthy.  However we also know that life can be hard and issues such as bullying can have a drastically detrimental effect on your children which unfortunately can sometimes stay with them for life. \nOur classes provide a dynamic program that teaches your child realistic self defence\, gives motivation to improve their fitness and provides life skills to enhance their everyday life. \nWe don’t teach your child how to fight\, but rather our focus is on teaching your child how to become more aware of their surroundings\, use verbalisation and if necessary\, use physical self defence skills to protect themselves. \nKrav Maga is easy to learn and provides many benefits all of which aim at building safe\, healthy and confident children. Its also loads of fun.  Our goal is to make our students the best they can be both within the training centre and also in their everyday lives. \nGive your child a healthy\, safe and confident attitude towards life!
