Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a form of grappling and ground fighting derived from traditional Japanese judo.  Due to its popularity within the UFC community, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has become an increasingly popular sport and self defence system.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has been proven within the UFC competition to allow significantly smaller people to overcome much larger opponents through the use of  positioning, joint locks and chokes.

InDefence Jiu Jitsu embraces the traditional ways of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teaching people the tools to deal with conflict on the ground in an open, fun way without Ego.

Come along and be taught BJJ skills designed for street survival by Jimmy Donison (BJJ Black Belt and InDefence Instructor) who has 15 years of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu experience.
