InDefence Krav Maga will teach you the skills to protect yourself and your family. You will also:
- Get fit – classes are self paced but you will increase your fitness level. At the end of the class we also have a 10 minute WOD (workout of the day) guaranteed to get your heart racing!
- Have time out away from the stresses of life = good for mental health!
- Gain more confidence - knowing how to deal with the worst case scenarios gives you a massive confidence boost
- Learn practical, life saving skills straight away – no waiting for years to learn the skills you need to know now! Our training includes running through scenarios that have or may occur in real life, making you ready to deal with situations where your safety (or your loved ones’) is in danger.
- Train in a safe and no ego environment – We take your safety seriously. All our training is conducted in a safe way and we also don’t tolerate ego. You are here to learn, not put up with others who are there to ‘prove’ themselves.

It was good to get everyone to learn about self –defence and to move around physically. Something new for us. Awesome concept and a real energy filled activity that got the athletes out of their comfort zone but also relevant to the issues we face in PNG. Great way to break up the day and still incorporate the leadership principles. Great concept of protecting self and also protecting others. Relevant to the daily issues we face in PNG, especially for the female participants.
