We offer small group training sessions. These sessions can be tailored to suit your specific needs or they can be structured so that you start at the beginning of the curriculum and work your way through.
Some examples of where these sessions are utilised are:
– for you and some of your friends as a way to learn self defence skills and get fit at the same time;
– you are going overseas with your family and would like to go through some travel specific scenarios;
– you would like a team building session for your workplace
– you have been involved in a specific situation that you would like a solution to
