First Contact is a practical 3-hour workshop that explores how ordinary social interactions can escalate into violence. Using Krav Maga principles and real-world conflict management strategies, you’ll learn to recognise the stages of aggression, prevent escalation wherever possible, and respond decisively if violence becomes unavoidable. No previous experience is required.

Pre-Empt explores one of the most confronting situations a person can face—being threatened with a knife or bludgeon-type weapon during a robbery.
