Starting from Saturday the 21st of November we will be running a 4 week Womens Intermediate Krav Maga Self Defence Course!
This course is suitable for all those who have attended the 6 Week Foundation Course or those who have trained in Krav Maga before and want to refresh/improve their Krav Maga skills.
During the course you will cover:
– combatives
– defences to attacks against weapons, grabs and strikes
– tactics to deal with attacks occurring in and around your vehicle (you will be training in our vehicles)
and much more!
When: Saturdays (21st November 2020 – 12 December)
Where: Merrimac State School, 2 Boowaggan Road, Merrimac
