Radio 4BC interview with Ash Gard on what to do in a home invasion.
As you are probably aware, on Boxing Day 2022 there was a home invasion in North Lakes which resulted in a 41 year old woman losing her life. Police allege 41-year-old Emma Lovell and her 43-year-old husband Lee were attacked after encountering the 17-year-olds who had broken into their North Lakes house about 11.30pm on a Monday night. Paramedics tried to revive the 41-year-old, but she died at the scene. Her husband was treated for non-life-threatening injuries and has since been released from hospital.
Ash was called by Brisbane Radio 4BC and asked to give his opinion on what people should do in such a situation. Check out the recording here:
