InDefence Jiu Jitsu embraces traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu but explores and implements the philosophies of Krav Maga, adding and modifying techniques that will help the practitioner fend off weapons and multiple attackers while on the ground.
Come along and be taught BJJ skills designed for street survival by James Donison, a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
