FREE Introductory Class

On the 18th of January we are running a FREE 2 Hour Introductory Adults Krav Maga class! Come along and try it out!
Not only will you learn some great self defence skills to protect yourself and your family but you will also get fitter, meet new people and have time out for yourself!
Attendees must be aged 16 years and over to participate.
