InDefence Grading

Come and give one of our gradings a go!  Gradings are a great way to track your progress and its also a goal to aim for.  The gradings are very structured and give you the opportunity to be tested under pressure in a safe environment.

If you pass your grading you will receive a certificate and a patch but mainly it will give you more confidence and a sense of achievement!
