Womens Only 8 Week Course

Due to the popularity of our last 8 week Womens Only Course, we are going to run some more in 2016!  This time we will be running the courses in both Brisbane and on the Gold Coast.

Starting from Saturday the 6th of February we will be running an 8 week, bootcamp style outdoor Womens Only Foundation Course and an Intermediate Course (for those who have completed the Foundation Course).

The Foundation Course
​This course will cover all the basic self defence moves, strategies, tips and tricks to make you more confident……  plus it will get you oh so much fitter!  

Who doesn’t want to have a great bod for summer, be more confident and have kick-ass self defence skills!! 

During the course you will cover:
– combatives (how to kick and punch effectively)
– defences to attacks such as chokes, bear hugs, punches, hair grabs etc
– awareness tips (i.e.: don’t run with both headphones in your ears – keep one out so that you can hear what’s going on around you)
​- fitness drills!  (10 minutes of tabata style fitness along with other drills during the class)

This course is a great introduction to Krav or even a chance to brush up on your skills.  Also suitable for all fitness levels!

The Intermediate Course
This course will continue on from the Foundation course but will also cover:
– more combatives
– defences to attacks with weapons such as knives, defences and tactics to deal with attacks occurring in and around your vehicle…..
– more awareness tips
– and of course, we can’t forget some new fitness drills!

This course is suitable for those that have completed the Foundation Course or for any current students who have been training with us in Krav already.
