This course give you a really good foundation in self defence along with the opportunity to get fitter, have some time out for yourself and have fun! We also have an earlybird special rate on now.
The classes are suitable for those aged 12 years and over so if you have a daughter/niece/school friends etc then you are welcome to bring them along.
When: Starts Saturday 24th February 2024 (5 weeks)
Where: Merrimac State School, 2 Boowaggan Road, Merrimac
Time: 9:30am-10:30am
Cost: $125 (Earlybird special $100 (if paid for by 24 January 2024))
